Registry Easy software keeps getting better with each new version of their award winning registry repair software that they release. New in version 4.7 is the history records cleaner which will delete your internet history records with just one click of the mouse. This a nice feature for protecting your privacy. Also new is the registry optimizer which will speed up your system by optimizing your computers start/shutdown and network menu displays.

The interface you are presented with when you first launch Registry Easy software is very easy to understand. You are taken directly to the scan and clean area of the program and given three choices; Registry Cleaner, Evidence Cleaner and Junk File Cleaner. If you pick Registry Cleaner you can either scan your computer automatically for any registry errors or manually pick which areas of your registry you would like Registry Easy to scan.

If you choose to scan for all possible registry problems then scan times seem to take a little longer than many of the other registry repair programs we have reviewed here but its still quite quick overall. Once the scan is complete you are shown a complete list of any registry errors that have been found. Each of the invalid registry entires has a check box next to them so if you want to manually pick and choose which of them you would like to delete you can. Or if you wish, you can let Registry Easy remove them all with one mouse click.

The Junk File Cleaner is a nice feature. it will search your Windows operating system looking for invalid entries like large files that are created and left behind if say a program crashes on you. It will also seek out ann zero size files and temporary files that are taking up space in your registry and causing potential problems.

The Evidence Cleaner in Registry Easy isn't something you usually find in a registry repair program but it is a welcome addition. Using this feature you can rid your computer of browser cookies, internet history and address bar information so that your privacy will be greatly protected.

Like many other registry repair program Registry Easy also comes with a backup and undo feature so if an accidental deletion of a vital registry file does occur you can just restore your registry using the backup file.

Another feature of Registry Easy software is the Browser HOM Manager. Using this feature you can take control of your internet explorer objects. I haven't seen this feature in the numerous registry repair programs I have reviewed and its great to have if your internet browser should become infected with spyware so that you can restore it back to how it was.

Registry Easy software has a number of other features loaded in to the program including blocking activex, been able to tweak memory settings and setting up the program to scan on a schedule.
